Who I Work With
I work with adults and young people in Sheffield, Matlock, and online who may be:
Struggling with anxiety, panic, or constant overthinking
Processing grief, bereavement, or significant life changes
Experiencing relationship challenges or family difficulties
Feeling low, stuck, or unsure of their direction
Recovering from trauma or emotionally overwhelming experiences
Navigating parenting stress or identity transitions
Many of the people I support appear to be coping on the outside — managing work, family, and responsibilities — while internally feeling exhausted, anxious, or disconnected.
You don’t need to be in crisis to begin counselling. If something doesn’t feel right, that’s reason enough.

Parents Seeking Support
I also work with parents in Sheffield and Matlock who may be:
Feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or doubting themselves
Struggling with a child’s anxiety, emotional outbursts, or behavioural challenges
Navigating separation, blended family dynamics, or co-parenting stress
Wanting to strengthen connection and communication at home
Looking for guidance rooted in compassion rather than blame
Parenting support can be short-term and practical, or part of deeper therapeutic work exploring your own experiences and patterns.
When parents feel supported, children benefit too.
